How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Thrownopportunities Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Thrownopportunities Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We would still like to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Thrownopportunities Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send It

Email contact@thrownopportunities.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We aim to confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
